We specialize in business and life coaching, in person in Brisbane or over Zoom. Our expertise ranges from one-to-one coaching, team coaching, and tailor made training in the business environment, working with clients from small business owners to big corporations, we are specializing in leadership development, middle managers and emerging talent.

We have a background in working with global corporations in the pharma, telecommunications, professional services and banking industries.
We have a proven ability to easily connect, establish trust and be insightful and accurate. Our approach is proactive, solution and outcomes focused using evidence-based coaching methodologies that are underpinned by the International Coach Federation ethics and core competencies. In addition to years of experience working with hundreds of clients on their careers and lives, you will be working with a coach who has been awarded the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have over 7900h of coaching experience.
​The ICF is the regulatory body and the gold standard in the world of coaching. This designation means I have demonstrated high ethical standards, and have met rigorous coaching requirements based on education and professional coaching experience.

INITIALLY DIDN’T UNDERSTAND OR COMPREHEND THE BENEFITS OF COACHING. TO BE HONEST, IT SEEMED LIKE SOMETHING ‘OTHER PEOPLE DO’.  I’M SO GLAD THAT I TOOK A CHANCE AND DECIDED TO TRY COACHING. Sofia s coaching style is encouraging & supportive. There is a positive flow & flexibility as well as structure. She supported me in feeling committed & motivated and asked good questions in regards to timeframe and accountability.
