Coach Mentoring....
For purposes of credentialing, mentor coaching means an applicant being coached on their coaching skills rather than coaching on practice building, life balance, or other topics unrelated to the development of an applicant’s coaching skill.
I mentor coaches to ICF standards to help applicants become competent within the ICF core competencies, which are as follows:
The ICF is the biggest and most widely known, most highly respected of the coaching governing bodies. Credentialing is stringently assessed and so, when you achieve it, it means something!
ICF credentialing requirements are quite complex, so please do your due diligence via the ICF website. Here is one example: The ICF requires ACC portfolio applicants to be coached for a minimum of 10 hours over a minimum of 3 months by a qualified Mentor Coach.

I had the pleasure to meet Zsofia this year and work with her as my mentor in coaching. Her dedication and commitment to mentoring are remarkable and valued.
She is a truly resourceful mentor, warm connecting and supportive. It was a delight to work with her and learn from her too. I appreciate very much how open she is to mentor, coach, guide and share her resources. Zsofia is also very open to learning from the whole experience to continue perfecting her skills. Being a coach myself I value her commitment to continuously grow.

Zsofia is an excellent and motivated mentor coach whose experience as a coach over many, many years comes through when she works with a client. Zsofia guides her clients through a process that enhances and extends their ICF Core Competencies and leads to greater learning, insights and development. I would highly recommend Zsofia as a mentor coach.
