INITIALLY DIDN’T UNDERSTAND OR COMPREHEND THE BENEFITS OF COACHING. TO BE HONEST, IT SEEMED LIKE SOMETHING ‘OTHER PEOPLE DO’.  I’M SO GLAD THAT I TOOK A CHANCE AND DECIDED TO TRY COACHING. Sofia s coaching style is encouraging & supportive. There is a positive flow & flexibility as well as structure. She supported me in feeling committed & motivated and asked good questions in regards to timeframe and accountability. The flow & flexibility worked well for me as it supported me in exploring - yet the structure was an important element as well.
