INITIALLY DIDN’T UNDERSTAND OR COMPREHEND THE BENEFITS OF COACHING. TO BE HONEST, IT SEEMED LIKE SOMETHING ‘OTHER PEOPLE DO’.  I’M SO GLAD THAT I TOOK A CHANCE AND DECIDED TO TRY COACHING. SOPHIE OPENED MY EYES TO ITS VERY REAL BENEFITS. SHE, UNLIKE ANYONE ELSE I’VE EVER MET WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME A DIFFERENT POINT OF VIEW FOR SEEING ALL THE DIFFERENT FACETS OF MY LIFE AND HOW THEY INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER: MY FAMILY, MY WORK, MY RELATIONSHIPS, MY STRUGGLES, MY ASPIRATIONS AND MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS.WITH HER HELP, I WAS ABLE TO RECOGNIZE WHERE I COULD IMPROVE MYSELF AND TO CELEBRATE MY ACHIEVEMENTS. I FOUND BALANCE IN MY WORK AND HOME LIFE AND LEARNT HOW TO BETTER MANAGE MY TIME.

Sofia s coaching style is encouraging & supportive. There is a positive flow & flexibility as well as structure. She supported me in feeling committed & motivated and asked good questions in regards to timeframe and accountability. The flow & flexibility worked well for me as it supported me in exploring - yet the structure was an important element as well. I learned that it is important to 'just keep at it' - coaching and being coached is an ongoing process - & practice Also her desire to be the best coach she can be was inspiring. As a result of coaching with Sofia, I was able to get a broader perspective - and clarity - of what my goals and steps were (are) and how to best action them...one step at a time...
