Mastering conflict and using the Thomas-Kilman model to understand conflict management profile and tendencies
Explaining the technique of commitment clarification and cascading communication and setting goals
Embracing accountability by giving team members a forum to offer feedback on their behaviours
Concluding workshop by summarizing key points, cascading communication agreement
Over a 3-month period the team meets for group coaching and individual coach sessions and has a final meeting at the end of 4 months for evaluation and check progress, share insights and learning with each other
